Green Tea Diet For Weight Loss

Green tea has a long history, but I’m sure everyone knows this, and you’re bored to death to read it. Therefore miss the past and present. Still only experience with Chinese green tea, in my article.

What is a green tea diet?

Green tea diet is the consumption of green tea on a regular basis. You can green tea, weight loss pills or the patch.  Green tea extract is a potent antioxidant, best natural ingredients and powerful antioxidants. Green tea is the best 5 in the list of antioxidants.

Antioxidant extracts from green tea, is that green tea polyphenols, flavonoids (also called bioflavonoids), which the body to protect against the harmful effects of free radicals in sales. Free radicals are the result of oxidative metabolism and a bad influence, which can cause severe damage to the cells.
